My name is Matig Manougian, I’m an experienced professional with infrastructure, security and virtualization technical background; with multiple years of pre-sales, service delivery, projects and team management experience in multinational and local IT leading organizations, I have solid record of engaging with enterprise customers in different levels and drive the relationship with them into satisfaction.

I have during my work experience worked in multiple positions where I had to deal with developing strategies and policies and worked with the highest management level in enterprises in developing milestones and tactics in order to implement and achieve those targets.

Currently, I occupy the position of Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi for DTS Solution – an IT and cybersecurity consulting system integrator. I was able to develop the business in Abu Dhabi and grow it, we have reached more enterprises and have bigger sales turnover. I was able to penetrate bigger accounts and gain their trust. Now we have a respective share of Abu Dhabi Cybersecurity business and we are known to most of the organizations that might require our services.

I worked for Citrix Systems and Trend Micro in service delivery management positions where I was responsible for managing customers’ support delivery to achieve their satisfaction, I was able to prove myself as the customer’s technically trusted advisor through managing their support requirements and proactively helping in their projects.

During my long IT career, I was involved in positions of Pre-Sales, Post Sales and Projects Management. I built a working relationship with many enterprise customers in ME and was in positions that coordinate between several teams inside the organizations that I used to work for and inside my customers’ organization.

I have years of experience in managing the relationship with enterprise customers and taking care of their support services, as well as being part of several projects where my direct or indirect influence was effective in the successful completion.

I’ve developed my communication and project management skills so I manage the interaction with the customer which usually needs communicating with different levels of enterprises within different circumstances, at the same time I coordinate and integrate between several internal groups in their relationship with the customer in order to achieve the customers’ satisfaction.

I’m a creative hard worker, initiator and self-dependent with a strong personality; who believes that he can add his cent to the business value chain, a person who digs his career path through continuous developing and determination; as I believe that with hard work, determination and teamwork all objectives are achievable.

I'm interested in developing my career further and occupy positions where I am ambitious to find more challenge and responsibilities and can expand my abilities and develop my skills yet further.
